Hotkeys for spells, runes and items

We're old and grown adults, lets face it, out of 100 players, 1 or 2 can efficiently heal on hardcore classic 7.4 servers, but 100 out of 100 players cant handle otchaos mechanics without hotkeys, so naturally available in client, not extra layer like in the old days (bictrainer, kandy, etc..).
